Dessert hunting!

Fresh apple tart with cinnamon

Initially the plan was to catch Comedy Thursday at Little Havana, however it turned out to be FULL HOUSE! Bummer right? Just when you wanted a laugh or two. So had a changed of plans. Since we were at the infamous Changkat Bukit Bintang, we went to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings for scrumptious desserts instead! After walking down the whole street checking out interesting menus along the street with many dining places (literally from Little Havana to Palate Palette), we finally decided on twentyone kitchen+bar. Not long after we sat down inside its uber cool interior and nice sofas, I suddenly realized I just ticked off the list of one of my to-dine-places. Yipee!

Raspberry chocolate tart with chocolate mousse and ice cream!

Gosh I just love desserts. This time it was really just desserts session as we already had dinner much earlier. So it was really enjoyable. Unlike the usual dessert-come-right-after-main-meal, which leaves you overly full till you can't enjoy the best-est part of all, even though sometimes you have the "special desserts compartment" in your belly. *burp*

Desserts mania

Strawberry Long Island

Oh the cocktails were good too. Since too many to choose from, I just asked for recommendations and the waiter suggested Strawberry Long Island. Sounds familiar? Yeah it's fresh strawberries blended into a classic mix with four white spirits. Do I sound like a liquor expert or what? Nah, I'm no alchoholic. I just check out their website. Duh.

Flat white

All good things/meals are completed with a good coffee. Had a good chat over desserts and drinks and coffee (not me). Meanwhile we were indulging downstairs, upstairs was actually a fashion show going on with 'em funky disco music. So it kinda felt like clubbing at the same time. But more like mouth and palate clubbing.

Mmmmm... scrumptious!

The cost? About RM110 for two. Just desserts and drinks, mind you. Well first of all, I would classify this as fine dining. So yeah it's a bit on the expensive side. But thankfully I didn't have to pay for it. Ahh sweet!
